Our professional interior design team is qualified to assist in all aspects of the design process, whether your style is coastal, traditional, transitional, eclectic, or contemporary. From an entire rebuild or remodel to simple paint and fabric choices, we can help you achieve a home full of life and style. Design consultations at our showroom are recommended.

Our showroom, located in Richland, is fully stocked with furniture, home décor, fabrics, rug samples, paint chips and much more to aid in your design needs. We proudly offer the following services:

Pricing is based on scope of project and services. Interior Design Service is offered to the entire West Michigan Area including Richland, Kalamazoo, Portage, Mattawan, Battle Creek, South Haven, Saugatuck, Grand Rapids and surrounding area.

Ashleigh Kosin

Ashleigh leads a team of creative designers who are passionate about bringing the relaxed charm of waterfront living into their lake house and beach house designs. Together, they craft a seamless fusion of functionality and coastal aesthetic for both interior and outdoor spaces.

Utilizing her decade of experience, Ashleigh works with clients step by step, from overall look to finishing details. She has a keen eye for blending natural elements, soothing color palettes, and practical comfort that results in a gorgeous finished space.

Ashleigh has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Michigan and more than 15 years of experience in interior design. She is certified by the American Society of Interior Designers. She and her husband Jack opened Bell Tower Lake House Living in 2009.

Ginger Marie Lopez

Hailing from the sunny shores of California, Ginger effortlessly infuses coastal serenity into every project, always adding the soothing presence of blue hues. In 2017, she graduated from the American Institute of Interior Design, excelling in textiles and fabrication.

Initially, her journey led her to Arizona Legacy Builders, where she cultivated a profound love for space planning and Architecture. Over the past four years, working at Bell Tower Lake House Living, she has reveled in crafting inviting spaces exuding a laid-back, yet refined, lakeside ambiance.

ELLE SUTTON MARLATT

Elle is an enthusiastic and creative individual with a passion for design. She is a graduate of the Richmond Institute of Design and Innovation at Western Michigan University. There, she developed a strong foundation in product design, CMF (color/material/finish) applications, and user experience. Her academic journey has equipped her with both technical skills and a deep understanding of design principles.

Through her experience as a Bell Tower Lake House Living team member, she has further cultivated her passion for interior design and demonstrated a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality. Elle values collaboration and the exchange of ideas while working with clients. Her design experiences have developed strong intrapersonal skills, enabling her to effectively communicate and work with Bell Tower team members and clients to bring design visions to life.
