Return Policy

All sales are final. Because each item in our shop is carefully curated and described in detail, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receipt if an item arrives damaged or defective so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report a damaged or defective item, please email belltower@enjoylakehouseliving.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
